A helpful analogy
Consider how exercise relates to health and healing. Regular physical activity can support recovery from various conditions and significantly improve mental health—yet personal trainers don’t claim to heal any conditions. Instead, they focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. The therapeutic benefits emerge naturally from developing these capacities.
Intense physical training often surfaces deep physical sensations and reveals compensatory patterns.
